Compliance Statement

Hansal Staffing Agency is committed to operating with strong governance across workplace relations, payroll, safety, and ethical recruitment. This section describes how we structure our services to support Australian staffing expectations.

1. Fair Work and workplace relations

We aim to ensure workers receive correct minimum wages and entitlements under applicable workplace laws and instruments, including relevant awards and agreements. We maintain processes for role classification, pay rate setup, and change control when roles or conditions change.

2. Payslips, timekeeping, and record keeping

We maintain timekeeping and payroll processes designed to produce accurate payslips and reliable records. We keep employment-related records for the required period and maintain them in a form that can be provided when legitimately requested.

3. Superannuation

We maintain processes to support superannuation obligations and reconciliation, including correct fund details and reporting where required.

4. Work health and safety (WHS)

In labour hire arrangements, safety duties are shared. We consult, cooperate, and coordinate with host workplaces to support safe systems of work. Our WHS practices may include site onboarding, role-specific verification of tickets and competencies, hazard reporting pathways, and incident escalation.

5. Right to work verification

We verify identity and eligibility to work in Australia as part of onboarding, and we retain evidence consistent with lawful and privacy-aware processes.

6. Ethical recruitment and worker protections

We seek to prevent exploitation risks in recruitment and placement. We maintain clear communication on role conditions, pay, and expected duties, and we provide a pathway for workers to raise concerns about pay, safety, conduct, or accommodation (if offered).

7. Subcontractors and supply chain controls

Where subcontractors or suppliers are used, we apply due diligence and contractual controls to support compliant outcomes, including checks appropriate to the engagement.

8. Accommodation and deductions (if offered)

If accommodation support is offered for a specific program, it is managed as an optional service unless the role genuinely requires onsite residence. Any accommodation charge or payroll deduction will be transparent, agreed in writing, and handled in a lawful manner. We maintain processes for maintenance issues, property standards, and welfare escalation.

9. Legal and migration support via authorised professionals

Where an engagement requires legal, migration, or visa-related services, those services are provided by appropriately authorised professionals under their own engagement terms. Hansal Staffing Agency does not provide legal advice.
